Mobile solder fume filter system
Up to ten manual workstations or one automatic soldering system can be connected to the HERR Industry System solder fume filter system. The solder fume filter is equipped with a mechanical filter and an activated carbon filter. It is available in a mobile or stationary version with a fixed pipe connection.
The mobile filtration system by HERR Industry System is designed for the manual production of printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies, as well as soldering of components. In addition to the metal, the solder contains flux and resins. The toxins bound in them are released during soldering and must be extracted. The filter performance is above average at 99.9 % for particles > 0.1 µm.
